HENGULARITY

PRIVACY

Updated 15 October 2026. This notice explains how AR AI Labs Ltd handles information when you use Hengularity.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

AR AI Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17483830. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

Privacy requests and support: hello@accidentalrevenue.com.

PLAYING AS A GUEST

You can play without signing in. The game saves sound preferences, device scores and display-name/team preferences in your browser's local storage. Guest scores stay on that device. Clearing site storage removes those local settings and scores.

Cloudflare delivers the website and processes network information such as your IP address and request metadata to provide and protect the service. We use essential service operations for our legitimate interests in running a reliable, secure game.

OPTIONAL ACCOUNTS AND LEADERBOARDS

Where sign-in is available, we store your account ID, email address, display name, authentication/session information, saved round statistics and team membership. We use this information to provide the account and leaderboard features you request. Your email and individual round history are private to you and authorised service administration.

Your display name, personal best, team name and team-score contributions can appear on public leaderboards. Team invitation codes are shown to the relevant team members; share them only with people you want to join. Do not put private information in public names.

Google sign-in requests only basic identity information (email, profile and account identifier), not Gmail or Drive access. Email sign-in links are sent through Resend. Links expire after ten minutes and work once. An essential HttpOnly sign-in cookie normally expires after seven days; ongoing use may renew the session. We do not store authentication credentials in browser local storage.

ADVERTISING DRAFTS AND PAYMENTS

Paid bookings are disabled on hengularity.com. We do not collect card details or process public advertising purchases in this release. If you save an advertising draft, we store your verified email, company name, creative, website, requested placement/dates and campaign history to provide that feature. Drafts are not public ads or inventory reservations.

Impression and hit reporting is not enabled in the production backend. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or behavioural profiling. Private development sandbox payments are processed by Stripe using test data, separately from production.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information describes their processing and international-transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

COOKIES AND SHARING

This release uses local game storage and, if you sign in, an essential authentication cookie. It does not load marketing analytics or behavioural advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted with the game. Sharing a score through your browser or a social network sends the information you choose to that destination; that service's privacy terms then apply.

RETENTION

We keep account, saved-score and team records while providing your account, until you request deletion or the records are no longer needed for that purpose. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete server-side records. Expired sign-in links cannot be used; server-side authentication records may remain until cleaned up.

We keep draft campaign and support records while needed to provide the requested feature or resolve an enquiry, and retain limited records longer where necessary for security, unresolved disputes or legal obligations. We review records and delete or anonymise information no longer needed. Provider-managed operational records and backups follow the relevant provider retention arrangements; backup copies may expire later than live records.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can play as a guest, sign out, change your display name, leave a team or clear local game storage. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your account information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, email hello@accidentalrevenue.com. There is currently no self-service account-deletion button.

We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month, subject to permitted extensions. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data-protection authority.

AGE AND CHANGES

Accounts and public score submissions are for people aged 13 or over. Contact us if you believe a younger child has provided account information. We will update this notice when the service changes, including before enabling public payments.
