Updated 15 October 2026. These terms apply when you play HENGULARITY, operated by AR AI Labs Ltd ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to them. Paid advertising bookings are not open; see our advertising information.

THE GAME

HENGULARITY is free to play in your browser. It's a cartoon game about shooting animated chickens; no real animals, people or companies are harmed or depicted as targets. We may change, pause or stop the game at any time.

AGE

You must be at least 13 to submit scores to the leaderboard.

LEADERBOARD AND TEAM NAMES

• Names and team names you submit are public. Only use a company or team name you're entitled to represent, and don't impersonate anyone.
• No offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading names, and no personal data about other people.
• No cheating: no bots, modified clients, scripted inputs or fake score submissions.
• We may edit or remove any name or score, reset leaderboards, or block submissions, without notice, to keep things fair and friendly.

SPONSORS

Some in-game items display house advertising or sponsor placements. Public paid bookings are disabled in this release. Sponsors are responsible for their own ads and websites. A sponsor ad is not an endorsement by us.

OUR CONTENT

The game, its characters, art, code, sound and name belong to AR AI Labs Ltd or its licensors. You may share screenshots, videos and score cards of your play. Don't copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets. Open-source components keep their own licences.

PARODY

Jokes about the AI and startup scene are parody and commentary. Landmarks appear as stylised scenery. Nothing in the game is a statement of fact about any real company or person, except the clearly marked "true story" facts.

NO WARRANTY

The game is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that scores will be preserved.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, as the game is free, our total liability to you is limited to £50. If you are a consumer, you also have statutory rights that these terms don't affect.

LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU you may also bring claims in your local courts.
